This book could be a great answer if you google "how to president." Unfortunately, not all country leaders google that, and probably just a few searches for more detailed topics making their job more productive, effective, and pleasant for both - the presidents and the nations elected them. This conclusion was made by me based on the observation of visible results of their governance. Not all country leaders know the real situations in the country. The statistic discloses the unpleasant truth, neither to the population nor to the presidents. This "blind management" style can't be effective if you are going to lead your country and nation to wealth. If the blind leads the blind, then both will fall into the pit.
A functionally blind politician who doesn't know the basics of economics, business, politics, law, and many other academic topics that are vital for solving governance-related issues can't lead the country in the conditions of a perfect world. However, we aren't in Disneyland, and not all stories happily ended.
Just a few country leaders or candidates pretending to be elected possess the necessary economics, legal, politics, finance, and management skills and knowledge of how to lead the nation, and often the election doesn't mean that the best person deserving that place was elected. The majority of people sometimes vote for irrational reasons, and let's not exclude the factor of external influence of many interested parties to bring a win sometimes to the person that doesn't possess the necessary skills, however, this is the type of "less evil" candidate that suits to everyone. If you are going to be elected, do not miss an opportunity to read how to lead the country before your election. Maybe you rethink to be a president earlier.
