In criminal justice, there is a such definition as causation, shortly explained as a cause - consequence effect between the malicious action and the occurrence of negative event prohibited by the criminal law.
At the end of this whole story, I would like to briefly outline the causation - the essence of the events taking place now in Russia and in the world.
The conflict between Germany and Russia at the end of the 19th century arose due to the fact that false emperors, representatives of the Italian mafia, received the monarchical throne. And the purpose of such a pseudo-investigation, along with the canonization of the ROC living criminals from Cosa Nostra, was to prepare for the "monarchical" accession in Russia of "Tsesarevich Georgy Mikhailovich," who also suffers from the pathology "satire's ear," whose parents were selected by someone "Mikhail Pavlovich Hohenzollern" and "Maria Vladimirovna Romanova" (Sister de Jesus Gonzalez). By killing the nobles, and abolishing the monarchy and titles, the Russian population and the Russian Federation as the successor of the previous monarchies provoked a monstrous military conflict. In fact, having appropriated other people's rights, Russia (the last successor) decided not to fulfill its obligations, accepted long before its appearance by its legal predecessors. Therefore, Russia is being torn apart by the same mafia structures that, in fact, are kicking out monarchical debts to other dynasties, and Russia has nothing to oppose to them, since the population of Russia believes that it is possible to throw the entire top of the system of the world order of governance, and nothing will happen for it. Russia needs to return to the legal field in which this conflict can be resolved peacefully. This is the negotiating table with the monarchical dynasties in the first place.
