And now the founders, like little children, were put in a corner. They don't talk to them. Boycott them. They cannot register a company for themselves for 3 years. For reference, the second of my acquaintances owned a share of something about 1% in the capital of the liquidated LLC.
What do you think these people have done? Sued? Rolled out a tax claim? Presented to CEOs of liquidated companies? God forbid. They registered businesses for their wives. Due to the arbitrariness of the frostbitten tax authorities, they cannot conduct business, and it did not even occur to them to defend their rights. They found a way to avoid obstacles. Although de facto their property was stolen - shares in businesses.
A similar case was in Paris - that is, mine. Two companies - Violet LLC, in which I am not a general director, and NP ANK, in which I have never been a general director - are liquidated for failure to submit reports. Do you think I received at least one piece of paper stating that something was wrong during the entire liquidation process? None. No invitation to court, no decision to liquidate - nothing. Not to mention the fact that there was in fact neither a trial nor a decision. The tax office just made a fake register record.
It’s even funnier when they “ran over” you, rolled out the order in lawlessness, and you don’t resist. Sit to the last. You are not allowed to travel abroad. You are "like debts". The lads wrote out an invoice for you and deprived everything - and you get out. You don’t go to the police, don’t hire lawyers (it’s expensive!), But you register your company with your wife. Or grandpa.
Perhaps you want to convince me now that this is normal. Register your company as a Murzilka if you actually own and run a business. Operate in the dining room and eat in the bedroom. Bullshit. The only thing that prevents a person from living by the law and believing that the law will not protect him is the FEELING OF GUILT. People do not turn to the law for protection, because for them, in some cases, it is tantamount to a shot in their own foot. They will not write a statement to the person who asked for a bribe because they gave it. Because the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation has two symmetrical articles - for the giver and the receiver.

Previously, all apartments had mezzanines. The old G, or not G, was pushed onto them, but it was not clear what to do with it. Old jackets, wires from unknown devices, worn out shoes, tools, boxes, unnecessary books and other loot. Socialism retired, capitalism came, part of the population migrated to cottage settlements, G grew overgrown, and the mezzanine was no longer enough. A person has a lot more well-to-do trash. Sheds appeared. You can stuff it into the shed G for an infinitely long time. Until the capacity of the shed runs out. And if the site is large, and life is eventful, you can put another shed next to it. The number of sheds is not related to income level. Even the Forbes have sheds. Still, some pull themselves together and arrange garage sales. They convert junk to cache.
But the bulk of humanity loves to have trash. Cultivate problems. People enjoy living with disease. The human brain is thrilled to find a way out of a hopeless situation. The trash should be thrown into the shed so that it does not become an eyesore.
Not only trash is removed in sheds. People and relationships that strain are removed. Wives. Children from the first marriage. Old unnecessary companies. Unsolved problems. Old debts. Anything that leads to the emergence of neurotic or existential feelings of guilt. People are sick with learned helplessness, like Pavlov's dogs. They enjoy living with hemorrhoids. Cancer. Tripper. They will sit on thematic forums. Discuss. Ask to skip out of turn. And only the brave will take courage and still go to the doctor. Only those who are cured will be cured. The most daring. Who is not afraid to live healthy.
People do not seek legal protection because they feel guilty. They don't feel the small difference between guilt and guilt. The false assumption that guilt is history for psychologists. This is not true. This is your personal personal story. Do you feel guilty? You do not need psychological training about "believing in yourself." You do not need to be told for a couple of thousand euros that rubbish on the mezzanine seems to you that rubbish is NORMAL, and taught affirmations that allow you to forget about rubbish. You need to find out what caused this feeling of guilt and what you are really to blame in order to correct what you have done and live a normal life.
