During the Second World War, the 3rd Reich actively used drugs as painkillers and as stimulants. It was during this period that the mass production of synthetic opioids, fentanyl, began. The unofficial nickname "drug lord of the 3rd Reich" was given to Hermann Göring. After the fictitious declaration of surrender, the 3rd Reich changed its residence, first in Spain and Italy, which were part of the Axis countries, and then migrated freely to Latin America. According to the baseline estimations, in the period of the 2nd World War, the 3rd Reich looted about $91.3T as a result of war crimes, robberies, thefts, misappropriation os assets, and, surely, the operational income extracted from death camps. This money was required to continue the military operation and to further implement the strategy of the 3rd Reich. This income was partially generated from the sale and processing of personal belongings from Nazi victims who were in the death camps based on the legend of the resettlement. Before the massacre, absolutely all things, including prostheses, were taken away from the victims who arrived at the camp. As for the gold teeth, they were torn out of the mouths of already deceased victims. The extermination has been executing by the methods widely used until now - massacres, burning people alive, mutilation, dismemberment, mass poisoning, tortures, lynching, and so on. All of this combined, along with stolen money, fraudulent receipts (particularly the financial crisis of 1929 orchestrated by the 3rd Reich), valuables, jewelry, title deeds, art, securities, and other items of property. and intangible rights, and represented the income from the activities of the 3rd Reich. By itself, this business brought a margin of about 100%. Therefore, the colossal legal and operational structures that served this financial turnover for the purpose of injecting it into the real economy and legalizing it never cared about their costs - their goal was to maintain a high turnover of monetary transactions. The Reich was already in operation, and all the operations of its organizations, including seemingly real retail businesses, were aimed only at achieving one single goal - the consolidation of ownership of assets and territories, for which it was necessary to inject financial instruments for such consolidation into the economy, and create a scheme of nominal ownership.

In Latin America, disputed territories appeared that were not controlled by the official government, except for Augusto Pinochet, a part of the 3rd Reich, who was related to the Nazis. In fact, the Latin America oficially has become an operational territory of the Third Reich, where the operating activity did not stop in principle. In the disputed territories, where such state power was incapable of exercising state administration, a very specific activity was launched, which is mainly known as the activity of drug cartels and wars between cartels. However, this is only part of the story. The drug cartels were designed to create a flow of transactions through which the money of the 3rd Reich could be introduced into the real economy. To do this, in addition to creating a demanding market with the help of hard addicting to opioids through a subsidiary of Vanguard Purdue Farma. Oxycodone is a semi-synthetic opioid derived from thebaine which was developed in 1916 in Germany. Oxycodone was one of several new semi-synthetic opioids created to replace or improve existing opioids: morphine, diacetylmorphine (heroin), and codeine. The improvement represented three core characteristics - the creation of a strong addiction since the first consumption, high concentration of the drug, which requires a smaller dose size that resulted in higher efficiency of the drug business, and easiness of overdose. The trade name of the opioid drug is OxyContin, the uncontrolled consumption and marketing of this drug, like pervetin, cocaine drops for kids, syrup of Missis Winslow, and other drug-containing products, started the opioid pandemic in the USA. Like other synthetic drugs produced by the 3rd Reich, the main target was to form an addiction that starts from the first days of a baby's life. E.g., in 2015, opioid was approved by FDA for children's consumption. But simply putting America on OxyContin was not enough for the 3rd Reich. The next step was to produce fake OxyContin. According to the DEA, 6 out of 10 counterfeit OxyContin pills contain a lethal dose of fentanyl. Thus, just put the equality sign between pervitin, oxycontin, and fentanyl, and the source of the opiod crisis in the US will be identified easily - the producer, marketer, seller, and financier is the same group. However, considering the impact of the US onto the acitivty of the Third Reich and paternalism with regards to the drug cartels operations, including appointment of the managers of these organized gangs, it has to shift the focus to the real causes of the opioid crisis in the US.

To produce, sell, and market drugs, and to organize cash flows management to secure the revenue receipt, a unique infrastructure has been created and allocated across the areas of very difficult accessibility or disputed areas, using such non-standard places for offices like mangrove forests, Amazon jungle, high plateaus, underground and underwater constructions. It was no coincidence that the Sinaloa cartel put on stream the production of disposable submarines, which were thrown out after a single use. The drug business unit of Vanguard actively used small aircraft, motorcycle transport, in a word - any equipment and vehicles that could move through complex natural objects. The 3rd Reich continued creation and exploitation of the underground buildings widely used during the WWII (e.g., Werewolf bunker, underground crematoriums and gas chambers in the death camps, and multiple others). The construction of them during the new epoch of the 3rd Reich after the Nazis Grand Escape was made by the same German engineers, who built underground structures for Nazi Germany - a system of underground tunnels, bunkers, storage facilities. In addition to underground structures, a similar engineering infrastructure was created, only underwater. People who designed and built therm were exterminated after the completion of the work. Through the operations of drug cartels, the underwater money of the 3rd Reich was introduced into the economy, which, after going through several stages of laundering, turned into conditionally clean money in bank accounts that were already officially controlled by Vanguard through debt or equity. Further, this money, being already officially placed in bank accounts, turned into securities and financial instruments with untraceable ownership (derivatives, bills of exchange, bonds, receipts, bearer checks), which in turn turned into complex portfolios of financial instruments transformed into ownership real shares and shares in real businesses. This whole colossal structure was serviced, in which money from the moment it was withdrawn from the vaults of the Reich fell into circulation on the exchanges through several tens of thousands of small transactions, through nominal beneficiaries and directors - Mossack Fonseca, Appleby, Corporate Directors, Trident Trust, and many others. Reich created a separate company for almost every transaction. One must imagine the quality of the money of the 3rd Reich, if drug cartels were used to launder them, which, in comparison with the Reich, were simply saints. In Russia, organized criminal groups and the Russian Orthodox Church, the absolute leader in the circulation of unrecorded cash in Russia, were used for these purposes. Subsidiary retail banks, retailers, and other retail financial institutions were used to smuggle drugs and cash, where large sums could be spread through many small transactions. In Russian banks, this money received for laundering passed through bank black cash desks. Banks issued loans from the black cash desk at usurious interest (loan sharks), without documents, and collect overdue debts also illegally, with the help of extortion and committing criminal offenses in the form of fraud, seizing the property not only of enterprises but also not disdaining the personal property of the population. These black loans were further used for raider seizures of businesses, enterprises, securities, apartments, and cars of individuals. The same money of the 3rd Reich, introduced into the economy through drug trafficking, controlled banks, pyramid schemes, and money laundering structures, was used in Russia to acquire shares in public and private enterprises at their expense. In particular, the Yukos company, whose nominal leaders were persons directly related to the top of the 3rd Reich. By analogy with the transfer of imperial power in Russia, from the Romanovs to the kinda Brandenburg dynasty, in the period from 2003, the 3rd Reich began to carry out similar activities in the field of private business. To get rid of the nominal owners, the Reich worked out in Russia a scheme for organizing illegal criminal prosecution of business owners, during which, using forged documents and deliberately unjust court decisions, the Reich obtained rights to shares in companies controlled by nominal values, or to the property of companies. The machine of the process, as we call it, the erasure of denominations (procedural and physical elimination - probably, the examples of Sergey Magnitsky, Natalya Filyova, Peter Kellner were quite persuasive for everyone) worked under the control of the same group of persons, and by the forces of the same group of persons who later received doubtful great fame as the Cardin List. Cardin's list included persons who carried out the first precedent for the withdrawal of nominal values from business in the Yukos company, and then repeatedly carried out this process in such companies as Euroset, Bank of Moscow, Svyaznoy, Bananamama, Eldorado, Slater, Sunrise, and many others. The same individuals attempted to carry out the raider takeover of the BOOST company to gain control over the claims against themselves with regards to the previous activity in Slater, Eldorado, Bananamama, Sunrise businesses. Starting in 2022, the machine from the Magnitsky list stopped working, so denominations began to be withdrawn through sanctions and simply out-of-court seizure of their assets in Europe and offshore jurisdictions. Since the nominees in principle never controlled the business but acted as a front for companies that Vanguard owned, and which were created and developed with the money of Nazi Germany in the implementation of the Göring's Green Folder plan, they were taken out of business through companies of a higher level that fell into the lists of the Panama scandal (the first anchor jurisdiction for the registration of companies controlled by the 3rd Reich), Offshore leaks, and other well-controlled leaks of information. Some of these cases are in the BOOST asset portfolio. The fact that even Russian companies have the rights which BOOST acquired in 2017-2019. were created with the money of the 3rd Reich, which was laundered through drug cartels, we became aware under the following circumstances. After BOOST made payment for the acquired rights (transactions were structured with payment of a symbolic $1), in the PayPal payment system, the name of the recipient Oleg Yakovlev was replaced with the name of a company L4R, that is part of the Vanguard group and in the legal structure of the Los Zetas drug cartel group. PayPal is a subsidiary of the Meta holding company, and the Vanguard Group is the main owner and beneficiary of Meta. Thus, the first simple conclusion is that the Meta has been financed by the 3rd Reich money which were injected into economy through the operations of the drug cartels. Next, when checking the structure of the group of enterprises that were part of the assets acquired by us as part of the Hateful Eight project, and investigating the circumstances of the raider seizures of these companies by the Vanguard group according to the scheme described above, it turned out that all the enterprises "captured" by Vanguard were already part of the structure of the Vanguard Group, in particular the Los Zetas cartel, and never did not belong to persons known in Russia as their beneficiaries. This includes Mikhail Khodorkovsky, Yevgeny Chichvarkin, Andrey Borodin, Igor, and Oleg Yakovlevs, and many affiliates commonly known in Russia as Alfa Group, PJSC AFK Sistema, Renova, Rusal, Yukos, Safmar, PPF, and other quasi-family offices. These quasi-family offices were, in fact, nominee management companies for the front part of asset ownership in Russia. In this regard, the claims acquired by BOOST under the Hateful Eight projects are addressed not only to the Vanguard group, but also to the nominal owners of companies that sold us their rights to these companies, which belonged to the Vanguard group, and who is included in one single group of persons consisting of the Vanguard group and the drug cartel groups of Sinaloa, the Medellin Cartel, Los Zetas, Guadalajara cartel, and their other "colleagues."
