In the field of biology, the areas which largely are involved in the such types of engagement by request of courts, investigators, law enforcement agencies, are molecular biology, biochemistry, biophysics, genetics, neurobiology, toxicology, war medicine, and so on. Thus, the results of the obvious racial mismatch between Leo Tolstoy and his multiple kinda "great-grandkids" we are going to use to answer the such questions as "Who are all these people?" to appropriately address on every issue, which appears as a direct consequence of such a conclusion in this context. For this purpose, I attempted to collect the scientific broad description of races.
The first important finding that I made during the discovery of the genetic origin of Leo Tolstoy and his fake kins, was a very limited access to the description of the Germanic race, which was explained by the Nazism. Bartov (1998) asserted that "there are many connections between German discourse on nationalism, identity, and Nazism, and Jewish discourse on identity, Zionism, and the Holocaust." Hayman (1998) goes even further, and writes: "The salient aspects of group identity are not natural, but political: identity, that is to say, is politically based. Although race lacks biological integrity, it can still have a great deal of ideological weight and social significance."
As a result of the stupidity and ignorance, many books dedicated to the scientific ethnic anthropology and anthropological genetics, which directly relating to the questions of human biology, genetics, and health, were rewritten, or just destroyed based on the explanation that the races, and the obvious differences between exterior traits of people were wrong, harmful product of Nazis' culture of "eugenics." But, if the given description of the Germanic race is correct, the obvious question arises: why did the executive management of the 3rd Reich - for instance, Heß, Himmler, Gebbels, Hitler - have the dramatically different appearance, having nothing in common with the "ideal German"? Among all these authors, nobody raised the history of the relationships between the Germans, Jews, and Gypsies, existed much before the WWII.
I believe in science and law, and build my logic and conclusion on the basis of academic literature. Races, genetics, biology and health issues, like violence, have the context, which defines the sign, leaving no space for appeal to emotions, and other logical fallacies. The only symbiosis of science and law context can give us a clear understanding and assessment of the events occurred during the WWII and beyond this period, but closely related to this, to give the answer for the major question that still be unresolved for decades: why? Fortney (1977) reported that "the term race has been constantly a subject of confusion and controversy, despite its importance in social science and biology." Fortney attributed the introduction of the term to George Buffon (1701-1788): "He designated traits of skin color, stature, and bodily figure as the criteria for six race categories." Thus, races exist, and among them exist German and Lithuanian sub-races, predominantly related to the race, which in English called as Caucasian, whilst in Russian is named as Europeoid. This variance in translation gives a huge difference in the context, and I will come back to this point in the Holocaust and Death Camps topic. As a direct predecessor to this complicated theme, I continue today the story about the origin of Leo Tolstoy.
Let's discover first the genetics anthropology of Leo Tolstoy. As argued Pyotr kinda "Tolstoy," the direct ancestor of Leo Tolstoy by the direct male line was a somebody: "a German with a name Indris," and "Leo Tolstoy has a Y-DNA I1a, because Pyotr kinda "Tolstoy" has a such haplogroup." A quick reminder about the haplogroups. Y-DNA has a very very long period of mutation, and transferred by direct male line, from the father to his son. Roughly speaking, all males in the direct male line shall have similar Y-DNA haplogroup. The genome of each individual consists of many genes, inherited from his direct ancestors (male and female as well), and every gene is responsible in particular for certain exterior traits, which together form a phenotype, as a reflection of the genotype, the cumulative pool of genes of the individual.
Now, it is the time to observe and fix main exterior traits of Leo Tolstoy's phenotype:
Thick Dark Curly Hair
Light Transparent Eyes
Straight quite large nose with a hump
Height is about 1,81 m
Massive Facial vegetation: thick, dark, curly mustache and beard
The correct shape of the skull
Pronounced cheekbones
Low outer edge of the upper eyelid
Yellow skin tone
Thick eyebrows
Pronounced eyebrow arches
Wide slightly flattened tip of the nose
No any traces of visually observed genetic pathologies.
However, the Germanic race, claimed by Pyotr kinda Tolstoy, like the direct predecessors in the direct male lineage for him, and for Leo Tolstoy, has other characteristics. Germanic Race is characterized by tall height, light hairs, light pink color of the skin, and light eyes. The male representative of the Lithuanian race group has also different genetic traits. "Lithuanians tend to be thin and blonde, with a milky skin tone, blue, gray, or gray-blue eyes. It is typical to see many representatives of the people in this way. The genetic tendency to have blonde hair, white eyebrows, and narrow wrists is passed down from one generation to the next." (National Accent, n.d.). However, if we look through the list of the Leo Tolstoy's phenotype, we will find there the very specific mongoloid traits.
