BOOST announces the consolidation of all criminal proceedings and civil claims concerning the following cases: Hermitage Capital, Heritage Project, Slater, Sunrise, Bananamama, Smart Heat, Teploservice, Investlesprom, Volgotanker, Ukraine Military Conflict, Miscellaneous.
The Vanguard Group is the registered owner of all companies involved in the criminal activity listed above and committed the aggravated crimes combined in the aforementioned cases. According to this matter of fact, the Vanguard Group, including its beneficiaries, executives, management, staff, and affiliated parties, shall be ultimately responsible for all related liabilities and negative consequences.
