The camcer center is located on the territory of the Orekhovskaya gang HQ. For the identification of the fake corpse of Ivankov to pass without problems, before that was made a big personnel purge in the Internal Affairs Directorate for the South Administrative District (UVD of UAO - the real Rock-star in Moscow). So, the monasteries and churches during the time were transformed into the largest criminal organization with undefined legal status, total immunity, and 100% of black cash operations.
It is a real fact that Ivankov, the patriarch, was well known in the United States during the Cold War. Being imprisoned in Russia according to the version of Wikipedia, at the same time according to the version of the US public materials, Jap made witness statements in the US court, announcing that he was "obliged" to live in the monasteries in Russia to escape the chasing of Soviet regime.
